Cleanup of Members (aka Slash and Burn)

In the interest of cleaning out our members database (after the posting of some spam over the weekend), I have deleted all the records of all members who have never logged in, as well as those of members who have logged in but never posted, if the email address looked suspicious.

I'm really very sorry if you are a lurker (we do welcome all lurkers) who had your account deleted.  Please feel free to sign up again, and I promise that, with our new registration system, this won't have to happen again.
